Registration Guide

Choose the business type that accurately represents your organization. Buyers include pharmacies, hospitals, dental clinics and other healthcare facilities.

1. Submit your business details.
2. Provide accurate contact information and the supporting documents requested in the registration form.
3. Read the Terms and Privacy Policy before submitting your registration.
4. Our team reviews your registration.

International suppliers need an official company-domain email, website, physical address and evidence of business presence.

Registration and your approved business profile are free. Product-list publishing, advertisements, featured placements and announcements are separate paid services.

Platform Procedures

• Use your workspace to submit the listings permitted for your business type. Submitted content is reviewed before public display.
• Paid placements require payment review and final administrator approval. Check the service price and duration before requesting an invoice.
• Keep job and procurement deadlines accurate. Closed or expired procurement posts leave public search; keep your own copy of important documents.
• Business discovery and communication. Product orders are agreed directly between businesses.

Upload only documents you are authorized to share. Images and logos: up to 5 MiB each. PDF documents: up to 15 MiB each. Combined submission: up to 30 MiB, subject to the file-count limit shown on the form.
