1. Who we are
TibbiMart is a healthcare business marketplace serving businesses in Afghanistan and eligible international suppliers. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@tibbimart.com or TibbiMart, Shahri-e Naw, Kabul, Afghanistan.
2. Information we collect
We collect TibbiMart account-holder names, business names and types, email addresses, sign-in details for your TibbiMart account, language preferences, and business contact details. Registration and profile information can include country, province, district, state/region, city, address, business descriptions, websites, business-presence links, logos and licensing or verification documents. We also process listings and their attachments, business inquiries, saved items, reports, support correspondence, membership details, invoices, payment references and any payment evidence you submit. Technical records can include IP addresses, browser/session information, security logs, delivery records and staff audit records. Terms acceptance records include the version, time and IP address. We also record business overpayment credits, their application to invoices, and submission-policy acceptance (user, version, time and language) for administration and audit.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, review businesses and listings, show relevant search results, enable business communication, administer platform services and invoices, send operational notices, investigate misuse, maintain security and respond to requests. Required fields are needed for the relevant service; without them, registration or that service may not be available. Optional information may be left blank.
4. Public and restricted information
Approved business profiles and published listings can be viewed and copied by visitors and indexed by search engines. They may include your business name, type, logo, description and content you submit for publication. Contact information is displayed according to the available visibility settings and access rules. Detailed business location is subject to your location-publication choice; country information may still appear. Verification documents, payment evidence and private drafts are restricted to authorized access, rather than ordinary public listings. Inquiries are shared with the receiving business and may be accessed by authorized staff for support or investigation. Do not place private information in public descriptions or attachments.
5. Location
Afghan businesses provide province and district information; international suppliers provide their country and applicable state/region and city. These details support registration, review and location-based discovery. Physical location is different from delivery coverage. TibbiMart does not currently request device GPS location. You can review available location and contact visibility settings in your profile.
6. Cookies and communications
Essential cookies and session storage support sign-in, security and selected preferences. Blocking them may prevent parts of the website from working. Operational emails may include password resets, registration or listing decisions, invoices and membership reminders. Automatic WhatsApp messaging is currently disabled. Any later introduction of optional tracking or additional messaging channels must be explained before activation, with consent where required.
7. Sharing and external services
Information is processed by authorized TibbiMart staff and service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, storage, backups and security, as needed for their work. A business receiving your inquiry processes that information for its own response. External websites and communication services have their own privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or disputes.
8. Payments
TibbiMart records payments for its own platform services, including invoice details, references and submitted evidence. Product purchases are arranged directly between businesses. Do not submit card security codes, banking passwords or unnecessary financial details in uploads or messages. Any payment gateway introduced later will require an updated explanation of the provider and data shared.
9. Retention and deletion
Account, verification, inquiry, invoice and audit information is retained for service administration, security, disputes and applicable recordkeeping needs. The current automated cleanup targets jobs, RFQs and distributor opportunities three days after their deadline and removes their associated files, while retaining a limited audit record. This is not a three-day deletion rule for all account information. Backups and email copies may remain after active records are removed. Keep your own copies of documents you need.
10. Your choices and requests
You can use available profile controls to update information and visibility. Contact info@tibbimart.com to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your authority over the account. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or unresolved disputes; we will explain relevant limitations. Information already obtained by other businesses or search engines may require a separate request to them.
11. Security and sensitive information
We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Your TibbiMart account sign-in information is protected. Your TibbiMart account password is not stored in readable form. Keep it private and report suspected misuse of your TibbiMart account. TibbiMart is a business marketplace, not a patient-record service. Do not upload patient records, prescriptions containing personal information or other unnecessary sensitive data. Submit information about another person only when you are authorized to do so.
12. Changes
The approved policy will show an effective date and version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or appropriate account notices.
