Terms and Conditions

Version 1.1 — Effective date: 23 October 2026. 1. Purpose and scope TibbiMart is a Healthcare B2B Marketplace connecting healthcare businesses in Afghanistan and internationally. It provides business and product discovery, company directories, advertisements, procurement notices (RFQs, RFPs and RFXs), healthcare job announcements and business opportunities. These terms apply to registered buyers, suppliers, manufacturers and other participating organizations and their authorized representatives. 2. TibbiMart's role TibbiMart facilitates discovery and communication. It does not itself buy, sell, manufacture, import, store or deliver the products listed by users. Buyers and suppliers make their own agreements about products, prices, payments, delivery, warranties and returns. Payments for TibbiMart's own membership and advertising services are separate from payments between buyers and suppliers. Listings and articles do not constitute medical or business advice. 3. Registration and responsibility Register only on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. Select the correct business type and provide accurate, current contact information and supporting documents. Maintain any licenses and permissions required for your activities. International suppliers must provide the company-domain email, website, physical address and business evidence requested during registration. Notify TibbiMart when relevant details or licensing status change. Do not impersonate another organization or submit false documents. 4. Review and account security Registration and submitted listings are reviewed before approval for public display. TibbiMart may request corrections or further evidence. Approval or a paid placement does not certify a product's safety, quality, regulatory approval or a business's reliability. Keep your account password confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to info@tibbimart.com. Use the website's password-reset option if you forget your password. 5. Listings and healthcare products Provide truthful, complete information and only offer products or services you are legally permitted to supply. Where relevant, accurately describe the manufacturer, origin, medicine strength, dosage form, medical equipment model, specifications, expiry, storage requirements and warranty. Do not list counterfeit, stolen, expired, unlawfully supplied or prohibited products, or make false or unsupported medical claims. Buyers must independently check supplier authority, product suitability and applicable requirements before purchasing or using a product. Both parties remain responsible for their own legal and professional obligations. Suppliers must ensure their submissions and promoted products or services comply with TibbiMart policies and applicable health, safety and quality requirements, including AFDA requirements where supplied or promoted in Afghanistan. Suppliers must provide required licences, approvals and evidence on request. TibbiMart review or paid placement is not regulatory certification. International suppliers must also comply with applicable laws in the country of origin and applicable international health and safety requirements. 6. Procurement notices and jobs Publish only genuine, authorized procurement notices and vacancies. State requirements, contact details and deadlines accurately. A notice, application or quotation does not guarantee an award, purchase or employment. The organizations involved make their own procurement and employment decisions and agreements. Do not publish misleading vacancies, request fraudulent payments or disclose applicants' or other persons' private information without authority. 7. Uploads and content rights Upload only content you own or are authorized to share. Do not upload malware, stolen material, unnecessary patient information or confidential third-party records. Public listings and their approved public attachments can be viewed by visitors; do not put private evidence in public descriptions. Images and logos are limited to 5 MiB each; PDF documents to 15 MiB each. A submission permits up to five files and 30 MiB combined, with additional history and organization limits shown in the applicable forms and upload policy. Hosting storage capacity is not a user upload allowance. You retain ownership of your content and authorize TibbiMart to store, review, format and display it as needed to provide the requested platform service, subject to its visibility settings and Privacy Policy. 8. Closing and retention Eligible approved procurement posts, jobs and business opportunities remain publicly visible until their deadline unless closed, removed or made ineligible earlier. Closed or expired posts leave public visibility. The existing cleanup policy deletes these timed posts and their uploaded revision attachments three days after their recorded deadline; closing a post early does not bring that deletion date forward. Technical failures may delay physical cleanup. Keep your own copies of important documents. Limited administration and audit history remains. Active and unrelated files are outside this cleanup. Deletion from live storage does not immediately erase existing backups; backup retention is addressed separately in the Privacy Policy. 9. Membership, featured placements and advertisements Features depend on business eligibility, approval and, where required, an active paid service. Review the displayed service description, price, currency, duration and payment instructions before requesting an invoice or paying. Paid activation follows payment review and final administrator approval. Featured or advertised status is paid visibility, not a guarantee of sales, procurement awards, employment, product quality or endorsement. Payments for TibbiMart services are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Verified mistaken overpayments remain credit for the same business, in the original currency, towards future eligible paid TibbiMart services. Credit reduces the amount payable; it does not change service prices or create a cash refund. Basic registration remains free. For cancellation of an unpaid invoice, contact TibbiMart with the invoice number; reserved credit is released. Cancellation of a paid service does not create a refund or replacement credit, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 10. Acceptable use and moderation Do not use TibbiMart for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized access, malware distribution or attempts to bypass account, review or upload controls. TibbiMart may request corrections, limit visibility, remove content or suspend access to address misuse, inaccurate information, security concerns or loss of eligibility. You may request a review by contacting info@tibbimart.com and identifying the affected account or listing. This does not guarantee reinstatement or a particular review outcome. 11. Privacy and communications Read the separate Privacy Policy and Guidelines & Policies before registering. Account administration, review decisions, security notices, password resets and service-related notices may be sent by email. Accepting these terms is not permission for unrelated advertising messages. Automatic WhatsApp messaging is currently disabled and is not a condition of membership; any future use requires a separately approved setup and applicable recipient permissions. 12. Complaints and limits Report platform problems or suspected misuse to info@tibbimart.com with the relevant account, listing or invoice reference. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive records. Product, delivery, payment and employment disputes between users should first be raised with the other party; TibbiMart can review platform conduct but does not promise to resolve those disputes or reimburse a transaction. No provision removes rights or duties that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. These Terms do not select a court or liability cap. 13. Acceptance and changes Registration requires affirmative acceptance of the published Terms, Guidelines & Policies and Privacy Policy on behalf of the business. TibbiMart records the accepted terms version and time. Published revisions must identify their version and effective date. Material changes must be communicated and any legally required renewed acceptance obtained. Submissions of listings, advertisements and announcements and requests for featured placements or other paid services require affirmative acceptance of the current compliance and payment requirements. The accepted version, user and time are recorded. Existing acceptance records are retained unchanged. 14.
